Though the company is in high tech and hazardness business but very human depend and lots of manual work. The company have many staffs from varies countries but they are very friendly,helpful and corporative.

Daily priority and objectives are self driven. Communication are mostly push factor. Diverse company with high ratio for foreign professional. Reactive culture in making decision, rather then business needs.

SME company with unique working environment and management style

Typical day at work involves inspection and testing for end product after assembly and functional testing completed. Colleagues are friendly and helpful to each other with bonding sessions being arranged occasionally. Management rather diverse in working style and accommodating to fellow employees feedback and suggestions. I learned how to conduct functional testing for telecommunication system and compile reports on department performance, supplier performance for submission to management. I also learned how to conduct supplier audit and evaluate supplier via rating system.
