Work here only if you are looking for a place to retire or you don't mind slow career progression. No access to outside food due to the location but lunch is catered for free. Fresh graduate please avoid.

Fun Place to Work, But Management is Ridiculous

Fun workplace

Senior Finance Executive (Former Employee) - Sentosa - April 6, 2016

The hardest part of the job was to recover backdated debts beyond 5 years. It was a tough challenge because of incomplete customer's personal details and lack of supporting documents/evidence. The best part of it was I managed to achieve the task within a year during my first year in the Finance Department, as well as meeting my KPI target. Since Management was quickly to recognize my capabilities and hard work, I was given additional duties e,g. to attend meetings such as weekly departmental meeting and Profit & Loss meeting, to expand my knowledge, as well as to attend marina and insurance matters. I enjoyed taking part in many of the company's activities. My co-workers were the ones who always brighten my day with laughter and put a smile on my face, at least.

Nice location with a fantastic view

I always enjoy working, there's no dull moment. I learned intensively customer service. Management always provide a training for the staff. Colleagues are serious but happy to work with. No hardest part of the job. Everything goes smooth well. Being together and understand each other is most enjoyable part of the job.

Pleasant and challenging work environment

- Gained great working experience working there: Pushed myself to the limit by achieving deadlines and handling various tasks independently; doing things I never knew I could handle alone before - Fun and friendly co-workers - Most enjoyable part of the job: Great working environment, on Sentosa island. Bringing guests/media around the club and getting to know more about the Yacht/Marina industry at the same time.
