Good place to start your career.
Warm and friendly people. Lots of opportunities to learn new things. Helpful colleagues. SLT follows open door policy. Career progression is very fast.

Stressful environment, Directionless leadership
colleagues busy trapping each other and management likes to appoint people to SLT whom they fancy with no knowledge or leadership skills . Unfair practices of nepotism n favouritism

Supportive Management
Happy and nice environment to work at. People are respectful to one another and students are encouraged to do the same. Very international community which helps to foster acceptance and intercultural collaborations.

Demanding job with unrealistic expectations
Double standards practised by management. Micromanagement makes staff members feel incompetent. Lack of resources makes it stressful to get daily tasks completed.

A ‘great’ school to work in.
Join if you are: 1) non Singapore citizens, especially if you are not yellow. Very much preferred bunch in this organisation. 2) Keen to work in a school where policies are not in place even thou they have been in the business for 10yeard. 3) desperate for a job...
