A great place to experience working in a MNC environment

I had great bosses to work with. Although the salary was low, but there were very good benefits. I was given many opportunities to do different things. I learnt alot while working directly with the Japanese.

High and Tense working place

Overall working at Panasonic is good but the growth is very slow and takes lots of years for promotion. Working buddies are friendly and comes all parts of ASEAN region and different background and culture. This will enhance more team spirit and working as togetherness.

Productive and peaceful workplace

I have been working as a machine operator in Panasonic for 4 months back in 2014. That was an amazing experiences for a 19 years old guy to learn more about the industry. People there are very helpful as well.

Workplace hire too much Filipino that all the team team who is also a fillipino will only take care of their own people. Its not a matter of whether if your work performance is good or not. If you are not one of them, you are outcast.

Working environment is normal and nice colleagues at there. Most of thing is self-studied and innovated by ourselves. The most enjoyable part of this job is working with friendly colleagues and work hard with them even at hardest period. The management is worst, didn't provide suitable environment and reasonable pay to each employee.
