Great time with my colleagues

Worked as management trainee for 2years+ but not much opportunity for you to get promote. Always lack of manpower have to swift to other outlet to help. But my outlet manager is a super nice person! Although im not happy with the company but the working environment with my colleagues were like a family.

Local company where boss is trying to be fair, but lower level of staff loves to tell boss on small matters. Operations is king here. Shouting and raising voice is common here. If you walk to certain dept, shouting can be heard here and there.
