Fun place to Work

It was a good experience working with my colleages but the hotel management could be more helpful

Working with my team we do our best to cater to the customer's needs daily. There are times that we are feel like the management is lacking in kitchen knowledge, examples are when the walk in freezer was not working, the office side didn't want to replace the damaged fridge. Promotion was also an issue as i had colleagues that worked for 7 years without any promotion and the same went for me who worked for almost 5 years without a promotion. That being said i am unable to confirm where these things are still happening as i have left the company for a few years now and am unsure if these practices are still in place.

No career progression

No training provided. Bad management combined with leadership that didn't want to do anything about it created a toxic work environment. Internal mobility is a joke, and serves more as an ineffective middle-man than an actual career guide and advocate to employees looking to transfer and develop their skills.

I love the job but not with my colleague
