interesting experience
the workload for interns were very manageable, and it allows us to pay more attention to student-teacher interactions. however, it also allows us to notice how much a teacher has to do, and the rigid system that underlies it all.

Steep learning curve but worth it
Steep learning curve but if you're passionate and independent learner, you should flourish in this. Independent learner= ask questions, look for solutions instead of waiting to be fed with answers.

Fun but tiring
I interned at Pathlight (lower primary side) as a support teacher. It was a good experience and you really gained some exposure in working with people with autism.

Supportive colleagues
In Pathlight, working colleagues are a plus point. Everyone is willing to help out one another at any time in need. Lots to learn from one another. Still consider a young environment in the education industry and room for improvement in management communication and planning.
