The job itself is great but manager could do better by helping instead of eat snake everyday. If I wasn't paid more than usual, I would have already left the place.

toxic environment very cliquey

Given the cliquish and immature nature of people at their age, as well as the fact that the reporting manager does not have a relevant background and is not a subject expert, it can cause one to feel anxious and uncertain, even though they are doing their job and tasks well, yet not being appreciated or having someone else take credit for their work. Toxic.

I learned many things how to handle customers..How to serve foodie to table for work in shifts..Staff are well and good. Everyone cooperative. Will happy if i will work again and also better chance to assist customers..

Work load high

It's a great company, but work load is high and rest day not fix. Benefits to staff it's fair, but not for manager level. Overall is still a good place to work with.

Bad manager

Working there the job itself is alright but I have quite a bad of a manager pressuring and pushing you to the limit until you want to break Restricted newer employee to use phone even on toilet break and unable to have family to come visit as a customer that actually buy the pastry and have unnecessary bad comments, asking whenever the employee is deaf because they didnt do what she says the first time Beside the manager and couple more staff the rest are actually nice people
