This company no have system and lack of management of their staff. Only know to gain profit by cut off staff benefits like OT and others benefits. During Covid-19 they also cut off staff annual leave and cut off salary if annual leave not enough . No career advancement and salary increment due they are not interested for staff development. High rascist among them toward lower staff position.waste time and effort to work here because you will not recognize unless you have relation with their family.

Friendly and fun workplace

Working environment is good and colleague is very friendly. Not much work exposure. Mandate. Some management dispute and some left to open a new company. Was offered to join the new company but comtemplated to join, hence decided to explore and work with a more reputable company or government agency.

No induction, no training, no proper support for beginner. Only downwards feedback plays. No future advancement in career could be expected. Dictatorship in workforce management. Taking the projects on cheap price and cut the staff cost. No clue for motivation. Working there was a waste in career.
