Family owned business by an A1 company but run like a small C1 company. No proper planning, everything can be urgent and the management only know chasing and scolding! CCTV installed at every corner to monitor staff. Management not appreciate on staff and treat staff badly. No welfare. Turn over rate is high.

Poor welfare, poor management

Use to be a good company decades ago, cash rich till they are bought over by tritech group. Poor management caused the company to go downhill, poor welfare. Still managed by the same person though they were bought over by another company recently.

Relative ok contractor

Mainly doing specialist construction works such as slope stability (with soil nails and ground anchorage etc), micropiling, ground improvement. Have some good memories because I met lots of good friends over there
