Many smart people but stressful
Interns are given real projects with impact. May be stressful, not much handholding going on in my case, up to you to figure out how to solve the problem yourself.

Overall ok
Have worked a few years with Procter & Gamble and everything was quite ok. Nice colleagues who were helpful though some managers were not so. Salary was quite low and little to no increment.
