Very great company

I love working here but my current relocation is not fit to work in this company anymore. Company culture is superb - very family oriented company. Expect stress at work but that will help you grow your career.

Lots of learning but high stress and lack of guidance

There are lots of growth and learning opportunities, even for interns who are given an independent project to work on since Day 1, but there is a lack of culture and bond with the team, everyone seem to be working in silos and management doesn't seem to care a lot about interns

Great culture and benefits, but not the most competitive compensation package.

Different departments within Procter and Gamble itself will have different cultures of growth opportunities and career progression, even within the same country. However, like all work places, it is often difficult to say whether or not you land in the exact right place, right time, under the right manager for your growth and career progression.

Pros

Good culture and benefits, Salary is competitive but not the best, Depending on your role / work scope your salary can differ greatly, Great environment to foster your growth in the industry, Allows for internal transfers to build your skills horizontally

Cons

Due to pressures to save cost, manpower is lost but not replaced, Depending on whether you enter as an exec or a manager your salary progression can differ greatly, Takes forever (roughly 8 years) for an exec to reach junior managerial level, which is the same level a fresh grad from a local uni will get once they enter the workforce.

Great company

Diverse and multicultural, a good place to learn. Standard that other companies should look up to. Have to pass a series of test -and interview to be employed directly, so better prepare!

Pros

Diverse, Flexible timing, A lot to be learned from

Cons

Slow lift? 😅

Good company to start your career

Good learning opportunity with empowerment. Good benefits and competitive package. A grow from within company, so enter early is an advantage, even as an intern

Fun, interactive and collaborative working environment

I was impressed with their working everywhere and on the go kind of workplace. Basically more to play and work kind of motto. No regret in working there as most colleagues were multi-nationals sharing culture with each other.

Pros

Free lunches, discounted products for employees, quarterly team bonding, etc

Cons

Fast paced environment, multi tasking is required.

No work life balance

Not a place for people looking for work life balance. Giant company but rather messy SOP. Benefits however, are rather comprehensive. It is a definite tradeoff between work or your life.

Productive and knowledgeable workplace and environment

A really productive and fast-paced environment filled with easy-going colleagues that will push you to be better. A place where you can deepen your knowledge and interest in science.

Cons

long hours and far from home

Political stressful environment

Work performance is rated based on another person’s expectation instead of my own line manager. What a disappointment! Aside to the disappointment, my colleagues are professional and helpful, and I enjoyed working with my team.

Very competitive company

P&G is the company for career advancement. It gives good perks and benefits to employees. There are times when work and life balance is not guaranteed.
