Leader in creating value for consumers
Market Planning (Former Employee) - Singapore - July 30, 2017
A Marketing institution, where individual drives their career in building brands. Rewards winning as a team and the culture is built around high performing teams, risk taking, failing quick and learning from each failures to bounce back.

The best FMCG company in Singapore
Regional Market Planner, JP/KR/ANZ/ASEAN/GC (Former Employee) - Singapore - June 28, 2015
The company values people a lot and has strong promo-from-within culture.
The compensation is fantastic and you are expected to do multiple assignments to get well-rounded.
However, the size of the organization is too big and it means things move very slowly.

Challenging work with fun teammate
Distribution Requirement Planner (Former Employee) - Singapore - November 13, 2014
Typically busy day with meeting. Working with fun and cooperative team in achieving the goal. There is lot of learning curves due to streamlining in planning department.
The only downside is long working hours due to fast moving industry and lean labor in the department.
There is lot of improvement can be done as most steps is still done manually. There are few systems to support the business but not fully operated yet. Lot of chances to maximize SAP utilization in planning and logistic department.
Pros
Fun team to work with. Lot of learning curves
Cons
Long working hour
