Procter & Gamble
Procter & Gamble Employee Review
Very great company
Material Supply Management (Former Employee) - Singapore - November 22, 2022
I love working here but my current relocation is not fit to work in this company anymore. Company culture is superb - very family oriented company. Expect stress at work but that will help you grow your career.

Lots of learning but high stress and lack of guidance
Brand Management Intern (Former Employee) - Singapore - May 24, 2022
There are lots of growth and learning opportunities, even for interns who are given an independent project to work on since Day 1, but there is a lack of culture and bond with the team, everyone seem to be working in silos and management doesn't seem to care a lot about interns

Great culture and benefits, but not the most competitive compensation package.
Data Analyst (Current Employee) - Buona Vista - January 20, 2022
Different departments within Procter and Gamble itself will have different cultures of growth opportunities and career progression, even within the same country. However, like all work places, it is often difficult to say whether or not you land in the exact right place, right time, under the right manager for your growth and career progression.
Pros
Good culture and benefits, Salary is competitive but not the best, Depending on your role / work scope your salary can differ greatly, Great environment to foster your growth in the industry, Allows for internal transfers to build your skills horizontally
Cons
Due to pressures to save cost, manpower is lost but not replaced, Depending on whether you enter as an exec or a manager your salary progression can differ greatly, Takes forever (roughly 8 years) for an exec to reach junior managerial level, which is the same level a fresh grad from a local uni will get once they enter the workforce.
