Executive Assistant in Singapore
on August 1, 2022
Relaxed and comfortable to work
There are many EAs who work here for more than 20 years because the job is not stressful at all (depending on your boss). The only downside is professional staffs don't mix around with EAs. So usually EAs will hang out with other EAs or administrative staffs. Don't feel like a family. If you resign you won't feel sad at all because you're not close with anyone here.

Good experience
has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since is a small business, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my developer area.does fun and interesting things such as having a large celebration once a month for all employees with birthdays that month. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I look forward to making a full career atby achieving the expectations placed in front of me.

Good starting place but little to no advancement
It’s a good stepping stone to learn the ins and outs of accounting but there is little to no career progression and few welfare benefits. You also don’t get OT pay if your base pay is above a certain amount — so you’re working OT for free for the majority of the year.
