Your character won't matter as much as the keywords put in your CV. Basically If the technical words put in your CV match the words put in the job description, you're in.
Be aware that the recruiters will minimize the inconvenience of living in Qatar and exaggerate the perks. Generally they will either tell you lies or conveniently forget to give you important information, so make sure you get first-hand info from other people with experience living in the country/working with Qatar Airways be fore you take the job (happened to myself and everyone of my colleagues).
The working hours are a bit long, it will be hard for you in the begining but after a while you will get used to it.

Applications process took a little bit longer after I was selected for the role after few days got interview. The processing is all done by the HR/HQ based in Doha where there’s a priority to go through all of the head Managers before confirming. Overall it’s satisfying for me as the teams are all corporative and well support. During the setting up of my applications/software, I was given more support and guidance to learn and understand about my role. Though it is just a short period but it really brings me a happy career life with Qatar Airways. Thank you Qatar Airways for giving me the opportunity to be part of the Family.😊

Hygiene and sanitation is the first thing I will do and major thing is guest satisfaction and organize the kitchen and staff control the cost of food and materials
