Create and analyze wait time, customer satisfaction and KCI report. Handles day to escalation from Customer Service and Admin team via phone call, email and face to face.It is a Fast working environment.I enjoyed learning better ideas on how to satisfy customers needs.

In charge of daily handover to duty supervisors. In charge of scheduling 32 Men daily to sites. In charge of meeting required 24/7 hr operation with given minimual budget. Daily reports & escalations. Meeting with principal company to smoothen or broaden project capabilities and extensions.
