Worst Ever, DO NOT work there

I believe I learned the value of resilience and etiquette that can never be learnt from anywhere else.The HR is not objective at all, they cover each other all the way even when there are legitimate evidence given but they chose to close both eyes and not notice it. Management is horrible, they do not point out your mistakes immediately on the spot but then after a long while then report it and blame it on you. Absolutely have 0 empathy in their bones. To add on, supervisors are condescending, critical and only care about themselves.They all gang up with each other and taunt at the newcomer, horrible culture. Yearning for success and then achieving it but built on the misery of others.Most enjoyable part of the job is the rich history of the hotel and found some really nice colleagues. Super disappointing that such an iconic hotel has such people in it.

Horrible food, Horrible management, other colleagues just want to see you suffer

Most have pride and ownership of the iconic brand. Great emphasis on colleague areas from lockers, walkway to dining room. "Graduating" from this hotel is a great value add to your career!

I worked at raffles hotel as an part timer for banquet. The first day I worked there the manger was strict so that we won’t messed up the whole entire event which will put on stress onto new worker but overall I would recommend people to go that place to just feel how it’s like to work as a banquet server
