Not a place for progression or safe working place

A place full of hypocrites and bad management. Constant burnout and expect staff to perform above and beyond when welfare are not taken care of. Staff doing management work when they’re not supposed to.

Work life balance and very welfare to staff. However, it's still depend on your RO. If she's good and able to understand you then everything is fine.If she's too stubborn and egotism then it's hard to work with.
