Overated company
Software Engineer (Current Employee) - Bedok - December 25, 2018
You don't have to be good in whatever role assigned to you, so long your superior likes you, you still get promotion every year even you do lousy work. The manager here practice favoritism, "Play Hard, Play Fair" don't apply here.
Pros
Free lunch
Cons
Bad leadership, practice favoritism

Eyeing Razer?
Not saying (Former Employee) - Chai Chee - August 15, 2018
Typical day starts at 9am. Ends at 6pm but CEO expects you to leave work at 7pm and always seems to encourage employees to give up their time and life for the company.
Management is very indecisive for such a huge company with many last minute changes.
This is a MNC company and do understand you are required to liaise with the US team which start their work from 10pm onwards. (Which means extra time)
No overtime pay, benefits given except just a simple taxi ride home only if you stay until 930pm or later.
Work culture is a bit mixed. At time it can be fun as you will get to play games during office hours but at times it can be sucky as you will see staff overwriting instructions of other staff using their own position or bringing in the CEO name.
Pros
Free not so tasty lunch.
Cons
Alot

Think about what you want before you join
not all the department giving progress and development chance. Think about it before you join, if it would able to match what you wish to will be a good place
Pros
free lunch

Demanding but very rewarding
Digital Marketing Manager (Email) (Current Employee) - Kembangan - January 31, 2017
It is a place with very little gratitude, organisation, and support that comes with the demand for high performance and delivery of very high results/ goals.
Though if one can ride the storm they gain a world of experience and durability to take on much bigger opportunities in similar fields in the future.
Pros
game at work, free lunch, great learning opportunities, great project lead opportunities
Cons
very challenging environment, low job security, start up culture

Product Development Intern (Former Employee) - Singapore, S00 - July 4, 2013
During this experience, I learned a lot. I worked closely with all departments of the company to ideate, build and launch a gaming controller
