Family atmosphere, can feel the team work especially during trouble shooting, no politicking just honest good working relationships.

Working 12 hour a day is hard and tiring but cannot really feel any of those, helping and thrusting each other makes our work easier. Learn to impose self discipline just by respecting the line this helps to lessen the pressure and stress doing line support. Culture is really great, there's always thrust, nobody's pointing fingers instead we help to find solutions. I really miss my old company.

Good Environment and nice people to work with

Renessas Company, I can say that one of the best company in Semiconductor that i,ve experienced before.The management is good, people are nice to work with from supervisors, Engineers down to operator level.Salary is not that so high but benifits is there.
