New n fresh entry, suppose to be taken in as Housekeeping supervisor and up as front desk officer due to short of staff. Extremely difficult to learn from non cooperating seniors making me to leave.

Been with the company for more than a year. Good worklife balance. Management style is very much better now with the new manager. The team is now bigger and better. The company is expanding and progressing
