Resorts World Sentosa Employee Reviews for Crew Member

It's fun if you have friends at your workplace, but it can get very clique-ish and you might end up being left out of friend groups. Your experience really depends very heavily on your coworkers bc the work itself can be very tiring, and if the manpower is not good (which is basically all the time), you won't get much breaks. The pay is not good. The novelty of working here wears off very fast so don't come here expecting fun at work it really is quite tiring and can be stressful esp bc the guests can be quite unreasonable.

Horrible management and Low pay

Attractions Crew (Former Employee) - USS - March 26, 2021

Honestly, do not waste your time working for RWS. Especially the Attractions side. Management has got to be the worst I have ever seen. No weekends off at all too. And salary is very pathetic.

I was working in an amusement park, definitely is a great place with great colleagues. Great team of managements as well. I had a great work/life balance working here.

Made a lot of friends, it was awesome and I love it! It can be hard sometimes, but I felt I learnt a lot from it :) Somemore, there are free meals :)))

Fun but monotonous after awhile

a typical day would involve talking to alot of guest answering the same questions over and over again, which gets pretty monotonous after awhile.management is so-so, takes a long time to get an issue done, unless you have connections in the management, you might never get an answer to your enquiries/request.
