Good team members free food and a lot of bonus even 13th month pay also they have. Well balanced regarding the man power and a lot of discount and free entry to all sentosa places.

1) bad management 2) bad pay3) no work life balance4) allow customer to smoke on the table even now it is COVID 19 period, remove the face shield from dealer 5) cut all the allowance and incentives 6) bad kampung spirit7) less empathy

Definitely a good work and social balance job. However, the cons is that we are rotated on a weekly basis on a different shift, different location including smoking environment.

I enjoy a lot to work with RWS.
It is really an unforgettable experience.
We work in a team, we are a big family.
We get to interact with different people everyday.
Thanks to the CSR, we can utilize our time to help those less privileged people.

The staff are great to work with but the management still need to improve.
You have to work in smoking environment and you seldom get to off on weekends
