Nice place to work at Slow in promotion work hard to earn one but was not given Salary was not up to expectations but work hard to keep the job Couldn't continue to keep the job because was posted to Casino (not conducive environment to work in)

Fun Workplace with High Advancement Chances

You get chances to cross train to learn other skills and also the pay is not bad. There are canteens, the food is not bad. Everyone is friendly and the working hours is very flexible.

Too backdated and traditional working style

The working style in Resorts World Sentosa Corporate Office departments is quite backdated. They are slow to innovate and be updated with the latest work trends or ride on the latest technology advancements.

Pleasant working experience

Overall, work and life balance was relatively good. The senior management personnel were replaced every year, so it had a very negative impact on the entire work force. However, it is a great gorgeous resort with nice hotels and attractions with USS & SEA Aquarium as well as the casino. Many colleagues were helpful, and it was a great working environment. I recommend that my friends to work there just to taste the uniqueness & excitement of RWS.
