Good company which really takes care of their employees' well-being

I really enjoyed working with Richemont, it's a family-like workplace, even though it's not easy to work there as you need to be a multi-tasker most of the time, but the good thing is all colleagues are friendly and helpful, team work is there.

Sales and budget oriented

Sales and budget oriented under new COO. Great experience for entry level candidates, able to learn and explore the world of luxury and also understanding the whole luxury movement process.

STORE DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING EXECUTIVE in Singapore
on October 18, 2018
Busy and hectic

The everyday work routine is too hectic and I only knock off at 7 or 9pm almost every day.

This is due to the headcount freeze. Too many projects but to little manpower.

Good environment and good bonus for twice in a year

A well trained company have a lot of luxury brand under them. Montblanc is one of it.

Long history background and good working system to provide staff enough training in order to work ahead more new product knowledge.
