I have been working at RSM Chio Lim about full time for more than 2 years. Pros: Opportunity to be given more responsibility if you are up to it Cons: Long working hours, less compensation

Workload is much

Workload is much but the salary given is not comparable. For the given workload it is similiar with Big 4 but the salary given is not even the top among the medium firm.
