Fun and good
The company overall is not bad but too much workload and too much OT care alot about productivity than welfare. Not much worklife balance. But its ok overall

Heavy workload

I have been working at RSM Chio Lim about full time for more than 2 years.
Pros:
Opportunity to be given more responsibility if you are up to it
Cons:
Long working hours, less compensation

Productive and regural company events

It's a hectic and long hours work as Auditors but with friendly colleagues surrounding made it's easier to take on.The manager and Partners are approachable and give equal opportunities to all the staff to learn.

Overall a decent place to work at

The people are friendly and generally awesome in the audit department, and from what I hear, also the rest of the company. Workload and remuneration, not so good, however.
