Management like to micromanage and promotion is slow unless you are someone who like to boot lick your bosses then you will promote fast. Was really enthusiastic to join

Joined because I thought it would be a good career enhancement. And thought that we could shuffle between departments hoping to gain more experience in different fields. But sadly, due to manpower issues, perhaps 5yrs down E road, it has become stagnant. Nevertheless, it's a good company for younger people to join in and slowly advance your way up. Good luck people!
