Stagnant and micromanaging
Team Lead (Former Employee) - Sentosa - September 28, 2022
Management like to micromanage and promotion is slow unless you are someone who like to boot lick your bosses then you will promote fast. Don’t listen to employee’s feedbacks, only insist on their way of doing things. Long working hours and always short of manpower to replace you for break. I ever stand for 8 hours straight before there’s no one available to get me out. To them customer first employee last. Work at your own risk.

Was really enthusiastic to join
Senior Security Officer/Customer Service (Current Employee) - Rws - January 8, 2018
Joined because I thought it would be a good career enhancement. And thought that we could shuffle between departments hoping to gain more experience in different fields. But sadly, due to manpower issues, perhaps 5yrs down E road, it has become stagnant. Nevertheless, it's a good company for younger people to join in and slowly advance your way up. Good luck people!
Pros
Company has their own vendors to serve so yeah, free food!
Cons
Its quite hard to rise up the ladder, cause there's new intakes every few months, yet limited positions up for grabs, might take a longer period. but then who knows, some people are just born to fly.

Productive and fun working
Marine Guide(Crew) SEAA STAR (LEAD) (Current Employee) - Sentosa - September 22, 2015
The day at work usually is running daily operations for Aquarium and museum. And I have learned to be independent and able to solve problems when needed. The management is very deciceve in making decisions.
Pros
Free Lunch
Cons
standing for long hours
