1. Maintaining the highest standard degree of work quality and output. 2. All work performed in accordance with the applicable maintenance data that required to perform the maintenance tasks. 3. Performing all function as per our respective area of work as directed by our superiors. 4. Ensuring that all tools are in serviceable condition and the calibration due date should be checked for its accuracy if the tooling requires calibration before using the tool. 5. Ensuring that all Special Tooling is available prior to carrying out the maintenance task if it is specified in the applicable maintenance data. 6. Reporting to our senior or Shop Supervisor if there is any un-airworthy condition noticed while performing the maintenance task. 7. Ensuring that proper, correct tagging and identification of all components or sub-components disassembled are maintained at all times. 8. Audit components for workmanship standards, product quality and serviceability of component as per approved data. 9. Ensure that all applicable Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and other customer requirements are complied. 10. Report to our senior supervisor in case of any non-compliancy. 11. Perform investigation as required for articles inducted.

Fun workplace and good environment

The company is a nice place to work. The people there also very friendly and open to share their knowledge and experienced. Its just lack of work life balance. They working too hard and too focus on work until got no time to socialize. In terms of benefits, the pay is a bit low but the wellfare is not so bad.

Friendly and fun workplace/colleages

Everyday is a new challenge to me. Teamwork plays a vital role in getting task completed on schedule. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful whenever help is needed. Most fulfilling part during course of work is when I am able to resolve all stocks that were initially misplace/wrongly issued to set them right again.
