The only thing that is constant as Salesforce is change. This is a blessing and curse at the same time. Salesforce is a fast pace environment living on the cutting edge. It's challenging and very rewarding. The company culture is awesome, a family-owned mindset where everyone is important. The opportunities are endless and if you have the passion you will be successful. If there is a company that is the example this is it!

Innovative, value-based company, and very big

Salesforce is a fantastic company. It wins awards for good reason. The values are truly embodied, the work-life balance is real (for my department in Customer Success), the innovation is exciting, and the benefits are great.
Having said this, you have to be in a place in your career where you are happy doing your specific job only. The company has become quite big. There is a person for every job (sometimes many people doing the same job). If you have a great idea about how to improve something, it is very likely that there is a team already working on it. Makes it hard to stand out and go above and beyond, if this is what you are looking for.
If you are in a stage in your career where you are looking for high growth, Salesforce is probably not going to be a great fit for you. Alternatively, if you are looking to be a part of an amazing organization, where you will learn a lot from some of the smartest people in the industry, this is the place for you.

For this role, you have to work on cases which customer raise when they found issues using Salesforce platform.
By solving these issues, I have got a chance to work on multiple orgs which allows me to think differently and eventually enhanced my way of critical thinking about the logic which can be implemented.
On a daily, we have to meet the SLA for the cases and need to satisfy the customers to get a high score CSAT(Min Avg. 9.05).
Due to Ohana culture, everyone is friendly and helpful which is quite a unique thing I have found at Salesforce.
The hardest part at Salesforce is you have to be very sound of the issue which you are handling it. But because of this only I personally able to learn lot of things in short span of time which sometimes feels great.
