Hardest part is not many customer know that samsung make cameras and have a quite hard time explaining to customers . But overtime , people know so business is ok .
no need punchcard plus high comission during that time
Creating a strong workplace culture has become a staple of entrepreneurship. Progressive businesses across the country are luring top candidates not only with high salaries and benefits but with the promise to join a fulfilling team of like-minded individuals. Considering how easy it can be to improve the atmosphere in a workplace, there’s no excuse to cling to antiquated practices that restrict the free flow of ideas. There are plenty of ways to improve workplace culture, but in my experience, these are the quickest, easiest, and most effective ways to take your office life to the next level:
Fast-pace, reasonable workload, benefits for overtime. Long hours and hierarchical system. Greatly organized policy and work flow. Great company benefits such as accommodation, food, shuttle buses provided.
paid accomodation, food and transport
long hours and workload
An interesting and highly successful company with a unique work environment and strong Korean culture. It was very enjoyable working with colleagues, many of them the best in their field and be part of the exciting world of leading technology and latest gadgets. Samsung is a brand one cannot help being proud of however some senior managers struggle with anger management issues, lack of professional behavior and common courtesy. What I liked most about my time in Samsung was the freedom of tryinig out new ideas and overall support for creativity.
Leading edge technology, fast decision making, great salary & benefits, enteprenerial spirit
Poor management, reactive decision making, poor planning/strategy, disconnect between Korean and non-Korean staff, strong hyerarchy, language barrier - many employees do not speak English
