Staff benefits is not too bad

Company is ok but colleagues of your department does not treat you well. Probably it is the culture if the department. Location is bad as industrail area does have the problem of having no lunch all time time.

车工费低，工作少，跑趟司机赚不到钱，做公司工的话就还好

建筑业行情低迷，我们当翻斗车司机的没有什么活可以做，有工作时大家又是挤在一起，要排队等，很浪费时间，车工费又那么少，从裕廊拉泥土到樟宜，一趟工钱就他妈只有十六块八毛！来回要两个多小时，还不算排队等候的时间，有时一天下来只能跑三趟，最多四趟，还有时间限制，想做晚一点都不能，如果下雨的话还没有工作，全家喝西北风。还有，跑工地的车子和轮胎损坏率太高，因为都是烂泥路，常常车子要送修或修补轮胎，这些情况下都是没有收入的，我在这做了九个月，司机都跑了十几位了，我也是跑了！太没保障了！

start the day with smile to all. I have learned a lot especially its a construction job I'm working as administration learned all the materials what they used, ordering to another company there materials to use and all the things i just know on this company. Management of time is the best for this company they have scheduled and time to time updating all the task for the day. My co-worker all high position but they're all nice and teach me a lot on my job. The hardest part of the job one thing you forget to order we will delay or pending to send our product to the buyer. The most enjoyable part of the job when manager call for a meeting and we discuss regarding the product and staff the boss sending a recognition and certificate for us.
