Job scope is involved in liasing with client, consultant and contractors. Focus on character development, engineering skills and design, cost-savings without compromising on the specifications. Due to the growth rate, management is trying to maintain personal connections with all workers even though the company is growing exponentially and the effort they put in is worth applauding. Everyone is given a chance to step up and there are quarterly reviews of a persons growth. Daily meetings with bosses allow them to judge us with clearer knowledge of our job progress. Hardest part is to maintain the pace to prevent slipping from the schedule. All this sometimes takes a toll on the engineers as overtime is almost a requirement at times. Seeing the job completed with the final finishings and a flawless system integration always makes me feel that it is all worth it.
