Its not really to good.But include a nice salary package and a good management.They give enough benefit to foreign worker and they takecare us well.Thats all.

Most of the management are arrogant and very difficult to deal with.

Not a good place to work at and no work/life balance. A lot of toxic people especially on the managerial level. A lot of learning is provided by the company. Very streeful because they keep on transferring people from a different department even if the employee is not suitable for the job.

Salary good but dont have the good trainning. Dont have any allowances .benefit less no more.working hours is ok. Dont have meal allowances.working area is good

Depends on which dept and who is your boss. but most immediate superiors are cool. When the business is not good, it can get pretty bad for employees.

Super stressful department to be in, esp if you are in the maintenance / manufacturing department

24/7 standby. Pray everyday there's no issue at night, esp weekends. Need good rapport with external vendors to help you. Apart from this, there's a common understanding among colleagues that this work style is across the board so there's a lot of teamwork between process, manufacturing and maintenance department

Typical Singaporean Culture Company

The company is managed by priority the benefits of peoples in management level and treat the employees like a toy. The engineers may arrange to fit in the position of operators anytime when there’s short of production supports. The employees have no rights to stand their own position when the manager shift you from department to department by in charge of different fields of job scope and responsibilities. The company forced employees to take unpaid leave during company shutdowns frequently by deducting salary.

paid you quarter bonus but forced to company shutdown and deduct the unpaid leave from your salary

Daily will have different issue & need to solve it as soon as possible. It the learning curve for my career although different filed from previous. Management level try to put in effort to solve worker problem, colleague share on their knowledge to each other. The hardest part of job is taking longer time to complete due to lack of experience in new product. The most enjoyable job is mission completed.
