Its seasonal; either hectic or stressful or quiet. Wonderful bonus. If you are a top performer, the incentives are excellent. A lot of favoritism. Too many meetings. Company is interested in using technology but doesn't invest in people who can do the job. HR policies are mediocre.

Management is eager to make positive change, however the governance and distant sponsorship impacts the rate of progress. Lots of time spent on paperwork and approvals and stakeholder management rather than getting the work done. The most enjoyable part of the job is good working relationship with co-workers, getting job done and work-life balance.
