If you’re thick and loves to be in a fast paced work environment and dodge bullets daily. SATS is for you. The seniors and superiors who are male would favour those wearing skirt more then the same type. In another words, a very biased work place where there is a lot of favouritism daily.

Mentally unhealthy, unfair treatments of staff, favouritism, biased, work long hours
It not staggered pattern but weekly pattern and this can be tiring and disruptive ,till you have no time for yourself , no family bonding etc etc.Terrible shift planning schedule Flexi staff gets the priority to work on the 1st shift. Most of the days have to work Overtime .Off day still need to recall back due to manpower shortage.Overtime pay are not paid promptly Managment dont care much of staff well being and welfare
Only teammates are helpful and nice
No work life balance .Management take staffs for granted .Force to do OT.

Its seasonal; either hectic or stressful or quiet. Wonderful bonus. If you are a top performer, the incentives are excellent. A lot of favoritism. Too many meetings. Company is interested in using technology but doesn't invest in people who can do the job. HR policies are mediocre.

Empty promises are made before signing of contract. Once break contract, have to pay a heavy sum of money back to company. Many ppl resign because of long working hours, bad ethics and rude colleagues.

this job is actually stressful, especially you dealing with passenger which is very demanding. As A CSA And YOU are alone in everything, When pax complains, management and DM will tried their best to cover you up but you will still get complain kk ( everything will be blame by you even though you’re not in a wrong) And thrs a probation/Bond period, actually not suitable for those who can’t handle stress well
Good benefits, Good to work in this environment
Pay is Low, Not much staff travel ( when you’re new ), toxic people
Busy environment. Strict management. A lot of rules and regulations to be followed. Good colleagues. Expect Long working hours most of the times. Gross salary is high but no variable bonus given. Computer skills should be high in order to perform job efficiently.
Long working hours after standard working hours
I have learnt that managing people is most challenging in the workplace, especially in a manpower solutions company like this. Management is satisfactory, however, it would be better if the higher authorities understand the ground situation better by going hands-on, rather than just commenting on circumstances.
