Have always love working in aviation industry. Have good people there who will guide you through and its an experienced that you will never forget. Alot of multitasking
People, colleagues, money can be good too, able to have some free spare time as well .
Shift timing at any hours . Politics as usual.
Not sure why but I noticed other reviews saying it is 16 hours. It is only 12 hours here, which is to be expected in security industry. Good working environment in the airport terminals and airside. Only cons would be the irregular shift pattern. 7 days work with 2 or 3 days off is the regular shift. OT pay is high, and the company pays the OT correctly all the time
Its seasonal; either hectic or stressful or quiet. Wonderful bonus. If you are a top performer, the incentives are excellent. A lot of favoritism. Too many meetings. Company is interested in using technology but doesn't invest in people who can do the job. HR policies are mediocre.
Good benefits and salary.
older management are not forward thinking.
Salary was less than $1800 but have to work very long hours a day. Shows favouritism when given off days. Some of the weeks I have no off days at all. How to spend time with my family?
Can't think of a single one
Many. Low salary, long working hours, no off days, no time for family
Work is long and dull. You don't expect 12 hours shift. The work here can be at least 16 hours with only one break. Food in the canteen is expensive too even after discount. Salary is not always on time and must check carefully as always got error.
Extremely long working hours, salary not prompt and accurate

Ideal workplace for young workers looking to gain experience or older workers looking for less stressful job
Ideal workplace for young workers looking to gain experience or older workers looking for less stressful job. Basic training and benefits are included. Long working shift hours.
this job is actually stressful, especially you dealing with passenger which is very demanding. As A CSA And YOU are alone in everything, When pax complains, management and DM will tried their best to cover you up but you will still get complain kk ( everything will be blame by you even though you’re not in a wrong) And thrs a probation/Bond period, actually not suitable for those who can’t handle stress well
Good benefits, Good to work in this environment
Pay is Low, Not much staff travel ( when you’re new ), toxic people
Busy environment. Strict management. A lot of rules and regulations to be followed. Good colleagues. Expect Long working hours most of the times. Gross salary is high but no variable bonus given. Computer skills should be high in order to perform job efficiently.
Long working hours after standard working hours
During my years of service in this organisation, it gave me the assurance of stability in career progression. However after the reshuffling of the organisation, the benefits and stability has changed. Therefore, I decided to pursue a different career with better stability and attractive wage.
Uniform allowance, meal allowance, shift allowance, transport allowance.
I chose to work here as they offered a daily pay. I was saving up for holidays so a daily salary was suitable for my needs. It did not require much skill or knowledge, just physical strength.
Long hours, not the best of work colleagues apart from friends
