Stress with CM
doing your best level but not appreciated and often CM will blame staff whenever issue arise or resident want speak to CM. indirectly 'badmouth' or telling staff you are not performing to the expectation. HQ staff did not check on newbies if they are coping with work

Supportive hq staff
So far I love working in Savills. Tiring if you get a OMO site but thankful for the supportive HQ managers. Good benefits and flexible working arrangement are available too.

Work can be mundane.
Work can be mundane with no support from management. The site staff are at mercy of residents and council members. Not recommending young people to join this industry.
