I usually start my work at 7:45 am, collaboratively plan my day, and make sure that the most urgent work gets done first.Sticking to deadlines: Learning work home balance:Every penny is important:Smart worker: Learning to use social media,Communicating with others,Hard work. Manage and improve upon internal processes to maximize success. Observation, examination of workplace behavior, meetings, discussions, and interviews to expose workplace climate. The hardest thing for me was balancing people between top management and staff.The most enjoyable part of the job was overcome the challenges and difficulties.
