Handful of training will be provided to new engineer, either internal or external training. If you join production line, prepare to work over weekends in peak season, possible 7 days a week. There is VSCC meeting on board vessel in daily basis as long there is some work carry out within your department. If there is another colleague helping you, then you might consider take turn with him to come on Must maintain good relationship with other department, so that your work flow will be very smooth. It certainly grow your interpersonal skill.

Not good bad management. Long working hours. No work life balance. No tea break in between. Only 42 mins of lunch time. Its not a good place to work honestly.
