Bad remuneration and no welfare

Increment is around $70 - $80 per year. High turn over rate due to bad remuneration, pay is a thousand Singapore dollar lower than market price. Many tend to leave the company, you will sit at the same position for years without getting any promotion. Lack of flexibility and old fashioned management, you will be ask to take annual leave if you ask to leave the company half an hour earlier to attend your dentist appointment.

when i left the company, it has some transition going on, so the whole work environment is not suitable. Boss took others job from other department and assigned to people. Really not the best company to work.

Pay peanuts expect to carry out alot of things. Everyday put your head on the line. Weekends pay ot $4 per hour.. transport money also never cover. High turnover rate
