Poor Workplace

Managers are uptight. Shifts are sparse and given out unfairly. The only good thing is the pay and the bonus per month upon hitting a number of hours.

Fun work environment

Amazing place to work with nice managers and team mates. Managed to learn a variety of skills there. Very flexible shifts with lots to learn. First few days were tough but got better

Fun and understanding workplace

The managers who I worked with there are very understanding and grateful of my work. I was their main 'Front of House' cleaner, being able to handle two floors in any busy day. They are approachable too. Overall good job, only issue for me was that it's too far away from home and I did not want to handle certain food products anymore for religious reasons.

Pros

If you work full shift (12 hrs), your meal is free. Anything else is 60% off your meal, which is still good.

Cons

You are required to learn about 90% of the skills in the kitchen, you are not entitled to one role.

Toxic environment

Works are fun but there are always people who tend to make themselves looking great by making some one else looking bad. People are here to work for money and not here to be your garbage bin. Shame on managers

Do daily kitchen cooking, prep work, and serving customers. During my 1 year of service in Shake Shack, I met many new colleagues and working with them striving serve other better it was a very memorable experience and the hardest part of the job was the take away orders .

All staffs are very friendly and within my F&B experience, I would choose Shake Shack and when the time pass you'll get to go through a test which they call sign-off for each stations that you'd will be trained

Productive and a fun place to work

Fun place to work shack shake management team is great very helpful. I learn how to treat people who are in a rush and talk and train the younger group of teens.
