Stressfull and Lack of Proper Managing.
Other project teams that i involved were survival and some are just even protecting themselves only. Too much politics.But luckily my last Project team are friendly.The main thing is that the management are awful, staff incentives not taking care properly, as also not giving bonuses and the reason always stick to Covid 19 up to present.Positively the company is keeping staff during the covid 19 crisis and thats the good thing for those looking for longterm but up to which duration is we dont know since the company current situation is in a brick of crisis and possible off company failure.Former staff in Singapore City Hall

Unhealthy

管理部门太过多意见，工作时间非常长，
没有津贴，都是经理在支付我们的晚餐费用，每个主管意见不一样，每个星期天都要去工地现场，最少半天的时间，没有津贴，没有time off,
过跟到一个很好的项目经理，学到很多相关专业知识，最至少跟到一个很好经验的项目经理学到很多，出来可以找到更加好的工作者

Better than SME but far from MNC
