Need to be transparent and fair to all site staff not base on 1 feedback must base on overall performance. Company is good but some of staff attitude and some higher management.

Previously was a great company to work in. The name people want to be associated with. No longer a premium company to work in and be appreciated

Many good experienced people left. A company that was once a company everyone wanted to work in and grow. The name used with pride and joy. As years went by, it become lost on its direction and fragmentated. From individual department to top management levels.Many perks and welfare removed. Went I left, found out Head manager qnd his whole team enmassed resigned to work in another company
