The workload given to me is manageable, I am happy to learn how a company helps to ensure environmental sustainability in practice and since they employ the differently-abled I am happy to see how they work with them. The hardest part of the job is the communication barrier when dealing with people from overseas but I manage to overcome it well. Overall I feel it is a good place to work.

An SME extablishment, a great place to work for. A very good place to learn new skills. Flexible employer. Instantly recognized by every colleague, as the company has a very small group of employees. Work performance are acknowledged promptly.

fun workplace but management doesn't compensate staff well

working with colleagues there will not be an issue, rather, the dissatisfaction comes in when management abuse the staff in terms of overly multi-tasking us with out of this world work overload and do not even compensate for overtime and do not give incentives when business is doing very well. our daily operations consists of 2 receptionists, 1 operator, 1 porter, 1 manager. we have 194 rooms and 12 villas and you cannot imagine how check out will look like.
