I am able to know the duties and responsibilities of a customer support executive.

We can eat anything we want during work hours just make sure all calls are handled on time and properly. Our managers were locals, they are very kind and generous. They love Filipinos and consider us as families. Most of my co-workers were Filipinos so I easily cope up with the working environment.
