It is a great company but do not value their employees efforts and loyalty. I have experience everything from this airline regarding all the roles. I have learned a lot but there is no opportunity to grow. Station Manager changes every 2 years. Rules changes as well. All the efforts done in the past years will be disregarded. The most enjoyable part is when employees in our station go out for a dinner together to get an air out of the hectic work.
Trains employees annually but with the managers approval
