Meaningful place to work but make sure Self-Care and Stand Up for yourself
There's never a dull or boring day. There's always some event, new collaboration, new programme in development, new fire to put out, new customer issue, new internal issue and manpower movements. With that comes the issues of prioritisation, resourcing, long hours, working on weekends and ultimately burn out resulting in my departure. Management is very ambitious but somehow fail to see that they system is barely coping. So please take care of yourself if you consider joining the VWO/SSA.

Friendly and productive
A VWO that focuses on staff benefits as well. Many of the staff there are not young and thus creates a nice and friendly environment. People there are friendly and helpful.
